dc.description.abstractReport provides information pertaining to the use of ecological engineering and biological polishing for the Oriental pits and Lucky Strike. After the data were examined, and tests were conducted it was determined that ecological engineering could be used to develop Lucky Strike into a natural lake and help reduce the zinc loadings in the Oriental pits to acceptable levels.en_CA
