Background information was reviewed, and an Ecological Engineering approach was drafted, based on evaluations carried out between April and July, 1986. In a presentation to the Ministry of the Environment, Northwestern Region, Kenora, submissions were made respecting the approach being taken and the experiments underway (August 19, 1986).
